Born to an Indian immigrant father and American mother in Anaheim, Blake grew up straddling two cultures, which sparked his interest in cultural storytelling. After graduating with a degree in Environmental Studies and Photography, he left his corporate marketing job when a spontaneous solo trip to a historic B&B in Vermont resulted in photos that went viral on Instagram. Now he channels his dual passions for intimate, authentic accommodations and nature photography into a growing platform that emphasizes responsible tourism and meaningful cultural connections.
