Lars Snyder

Lars was raised in São Paulo by a Brazilian mother and American father, developing an early fascination with language and cultural economics. After earning his PhD and establishing himself as an economist specializing in tourism impacts, a near-death experience while caving in his 40s prompted him to document his adventures more intentionally. What began as technical documentation of cave systems evolved into a second career as a luxury travel content creator who brings an economist's analytical eye and a linguist's ear to his explorations.
