Nicole Henderson

Nicole moved to India after college for what was supposed to be a three-month legal internship but fell in love with the culture and spiritual traditions that helped her overcome her lifelong anxiety. After extending her stay and securing a position as a legal assistant, she began documenting her explorations of Ayurvedic practices and mythological sites as a way to share her healing journey with friends back home, unexpectedly building a following of like-minded seekers looking for authentic wellness experiences beyond the commercialized yoga trend.
