Pierre Simpson

Pierre grew up in Florence with his Italian father and African-American mother who met while she was studying abroad, giving him a bicultural perspective from birth. After moving to the US for college and becoming a firefighter, his shift schedule of working 10 days per month allows for extended travel periods. What began as budget trips to maintain connections with Italian relatives evolved into a passion for helping other families experience cultural immersion without breaking the bank, especially after his three children were born.
