Priya Harris

Born to an Indian father and Portuguese-Brazilian mother in São Paulo, Priya developed a fascination with cultural preservation while helping in her grandmother's kitchen where traditional fermentation techniques were passed down through generations. After studying visual merchandising and working for luxury retailers across South America and Europe, she settled in Hamburg but found herself increasingly drawn to documenting traditional crafts and sports that were disappearing in the face of modernization. What began as a personal project photographing artisans for her visual merchandising inspiration evolved into a respected blog and social media presence celebrating global craftsmanship, traditional sporting events, and preservation techniques.
