Stella's journey began when she took a gap year before culinary school and found herself documenting traditional cooking techniques in her grandmother's hometown in Mexico. What started as personal research evolved into a food blog, then expanded to include the stories of artisans, makers, and traditions surrounding food cultures worldwide. After establishing herself as a respected food critic in San Diego, she moved to Cardiff when her British husband received a university position, creating the perfect European base for her explorations of culinary traditions, vintage markets, and unconventional luxury experiences.
