Timothy Simmons

Timothy's journey into travel blogging began after a 15-year career in nonprofit community development, where he witnessed how maker spaces and tech hubs could revitalize struggling neighborhoods. After successfully establishing three community innovation centers in Nashville, he began documenting similar spaces around the country, eventually expanding internationally as his unique perspective on the intersection of technology, community, and travel gained a following. Today, he travels with his teenage son when school schedules permit, teaching him about community-driven innovation while documenting spaces where creativity and technology are making positive social impacts.
