Nova Perry

Nova grew up in a multicultural household where her Lebanese father's intricate woodworking and her French-Canadian mother's weaving fostered an early appreciation for craftsmanship. After studying sustainable tourism in college, she took what was supposed to be a gap year job as a ski instructor in Chile but found herself drawn to the local artisan communities. Now based in Guadalajara's vibrant maker district, she splits her time between her travel agent work specializing in craft tourism and her own journeys documenting the intersection of traditional skills and modern maker movements worldwide.
